Returning phone calls. keeping clients updated on what's going on with your worker. . Not being able to replace worker and losing hours every week. how hard is it to pick up the phone and say sorry we don't have any one who goes out to your area. No communication since May.
Hopefully I don't lose my services due to this opinion
