We contacted Eric after seeing his sign in the neighborhood. He came over to look at our job. It was to remove a set of outdoor stairs with a platform and erect a new set of stairs to the local building code. He presented us with a formal contract that included all permits and removal of debris. The new stairs which are eleven feet from ground to the second floor of the home, look great. They are sturdy and well built, exceeding the local building codes.

Eric and his crew did a wonderful job replacing ancient wall to wall carpeting with vinyl flooring in the lower level of my home. Crew never stopped working and had the job done in less than a day. Eric was very professional and came back the next day to inspect their work. Would highly recommend ALAA LLC to anyone.

Eric and the team were excellent to work with from start to finish. He responded quickly to my request for the foundation repairs and worked with my schedule to find a time to see it in person and give me a quote. They replaced the column to provide better support for the house and fixed the damaged foundation. They even managed to pull back the wall that was separated from the main structure! I am extremely satisfied with the result. I will certainly reach out to them for other projects in the future!
