Very happy with our first service form A1 Exterminators. Customer representative Chris answered all of my questions over the phone, He was friendly, listened to what I had to say .and insured me that everything will be take care of. Derek , our tech, was on time, communicated perfectly and did a thorough job. He was very polite, professional and had a good deal of knowledge about his field. He took the time to answer my questions. He gave me great tips and suggestions, provided the services we needed with explanations for each one.
