Ordered a next day flower delivery and was met with a cancellation email the next day stating it was cancelled and I would receive a refund. Attempted multiple emails with no response and phone calls that answer right away with nobody on the other line and hang up after 2 minutes. No voicemail and no other ways to contact.

Arrangement looked nothing like the beautiful display I selected online - they flowers were much cheaper looking, vase was basic - both of which where of much higher quality online. For a $90.00 expense, I expected much better - or at least to look like what I bought! I emailed my concern and never as much as received a response

They don't close at the time it says online I know you don't ideally order flowers late but I got to the store at 5 :52 p.m tryna by a bouquet on the fly and I was meet by a locked door
