They installed a new propane heating system for me a few years back to replace my oil burner system that failed - and a water heater that was due to fail in short order. In the interim, there have been minimal problems and, when they occurred, the response has been swift and followed by quick diagnosis and remediation of the issue. “I can’t thank Northern Climate enough for coming out and getting my air conditioning running again this weekend. With this crazy humidity my central air stopped working and I thought I was going to have to wait till next week to get it up and running but after calling them late last night and actually speaking with a live person and not getting a voicemail or an answering service I was able to be walked through and troubleshoot some of issues I was having. Matt was very knowledgeable and extremely patient working with me but unfortunately it wasn’t anything I could fix myself. Matt came out first thing the following morning and fixed everything, cleaned the entire unit top to bottom. Left no mess behind when he was done. He was/is very professional. He showed me how some things work on my furnace and cleared off my sump pump hose caused he noticed it wasn't draining. He didn't have to do any of those things.
