He even flew all the way to Austin, TX to install both a timer on a ganged switch and a Ring doorbell camera (which he had bought for me as a Christmas present). He did make fun of me for the timer I purchased without his advice. I'm his brother. Regardless, he completed this charity work with all the professionalism and attention to detail that I'm certain he provides to all his customers. Didn't charge me a dime!“
