Though the cost was higher than we expected, we were offered options to make it a doable arrangement, and are convinced of the quality and value we received far above our previous offerings from other providers. We were most pleased to have our 4 faulty windows replaced within a few hours of arrival with no mess inside or outside. The difference in the appearance of our home was dramatically improved, and we look forward to the savings for our heating the rest of the season.
