It has help our daughter with confidence and gave her the ability to stand up for her self against the constant bullying of springfield public schools. She now feels like she has a voice and can protect herself if it comes down to it

Dedicated staff with a passion for the art. I have 3 kids training in the program for 7 years now. It is gratifying to see them all grow into well disciplined practitioners of Jiu-jitsu and to exercise humility. The "Team" really fosters a sense of family and community and it shows when we enounter members out in public. A worthwhile investment for anyone and everyone.

Team Link is the best bjj school around. I've been training here for over 7 years. All the coaches are knowledgeable and encouraging. Truly feels like I'm part of a family. As a female training bjj, I feel so comfortable at team link. It's a great workout, mentally and physically. The cardio kickboxing class is also a lot of fun! Check them out on Facebook and Instagram.
