I called as a new patient and they got us in next day! Staff were very friendly and professional and the facility had a nice feel. Not commercialized. They quickly saw my daughter and the exam was thorough. Afterwards I decided to schedule her yearly eye exam and they had very good availability! The last practice we used not only had no openings, they wouldn’t see her. Booked up until 2025 is what they said… I look forward to going back to Village Eye care to get my daughter some cool new glasses. The selection looked great!“

113 Center St, Chicopee“We’ve been longtime patients who stuck with the practice through the transition in practitioners and possibly even love the new providers even more than the previous whom we also adored.
My 10 yo frequently ends up with things in his eye or scratches on his eye, they always get him in quickly so he doesn’t have to suffer. Yesterday we saw Dr Casey, and she was just phenomenal with him. As a therapist, I so often find myself working with young adults who have anxiety around communicating their needs with doctors, and if doctors when we were kids spoke to kids and explained everything to them the way Dr. Casey did yesterday, I think we would see a whole lot less young adults with this sort of anxiety. She explained everything that she was going to do, asked him for the detailed history of what was going on with his eye, and gave him the treatment options to choose from. To see that level of care and pediatric competence from a family practice is just unheard of. Dr. Casey, I hope you know you’re helping with more than just vision with the way you practice! Thank you!“

142 N Main St, Belchertown“Let me start off by saying that this was one of the best experiences with an eye care place I've ever had. I have anxiety with health professionals since it's always about money or they just tend to not listen. I went to another place about two years ago and they blamed the medication I was on for my bad eye sight and belchertown eye care immediately went through every OTHER reason why I could be lacking. They called me the day before reminding me of my appointment. I got in almost a week 1/2 out which Is amazing considering it takes months at other places. The lady at the front desk was very attentive, told me that it would be $110 for the exam BUT insurance will cover an amount of it I would just have it sent out. (she gave me a letter and all to send it out) As well as she measured where my eyes and ears sit so its comfortable. When I paid I left a deposit for my glasses (I was given option) and she showed the price break down.Sadly, I do not remember her name but the lady who did my eye exam was TOP tier, she worked for surgeons before and was checking for EVERYTHING when I say everything I mean everything. She was very educated and would ask if I wanted to see what the pictures and devices were doing. They have brand new technology so she explained what each one does now and any questions were answered immediately.PLEASE go they're amazing <3“

I went there after getting contacts and glasses from forest park eyecare were I couldn't see out of either. Having such bad eyesight the dr really ensures you get a good prescription so you can finally see. I've been seeing them since I was 16 now I'm 28.
Very great office id recommend to anybody!“

453 Sumner Ave, Springfield“Today, I had my first appointment at Forest Park Eye Care since relocating from Shrewsbury to Springfield, Massachusetts. This visit was for my annual eye exam, and I must admit, I was initially skeptical about finding a good eye doctor in Springfield. However, from the moment I walked in, I was thoroughly impressed.
The staff was exceptionally welcoming, professional, and kind. Despite my disability, they showed great patience and took the time to explain every step of the process clearly. Their attention to hygiene was also outstanding, which is something I always notice and value. I observed staff members disinfecting equipment immediately after use, and the doctors ensured proper hand hygiene by using sanitizer before attending to each patient.
The office itself was spotless, and their commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment made me feel very comfortable. I was so pleased with the experience that I’ve already scheduled my appointment for next year.
Professionalism, a warm smile, and genuine care are essential in any service, especially in healthcare. Forest Park Eye Care exceeded my expectations on every level, and I wholeheartedly give them a 5-star rating. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for excellent eye care. Thank you to the entire team—I truly appreciate your outstanding service!
