The service we received, from presentation to install, was flawless. We were kept in the loop at all stages and staff were always friendly, down to earth, and honest about expectations. Though the cost was higher than we expected, we were offered options to make it a doable arrangement, and are convinced of the quality and value we received far above our previous offerings from other providers. We were most pleased to have our 4 faulty windows replaced within a few hours of arrival with no mess inside or outside. I highly recommend Kubala for any window needs. From start to finish I was impressed by their professionalism and customer service. The installation is efficient, clean and the product quality is excellent. The pricing is also transparent, fair, and really feels like a value for money. I doubt I’ll ever need to replace my windows, but, if I did, I would choose Kubala again!

The company was very professional from proposal to installation. The installers arrived on the right day, at the agreed upon time, and were pleasant, efficient, knowledgeable, and neat. Everything was totally cleaned up at the end of the day!?
