In today's world it is difficult to find someone like Sean to provide service. I had an immediate need for a coolant leak on my RV and he came over within the hour, assessed the situation, found the problem, and made what turned out to be a great recommendation to have the repair done. While some techs would have tried to make the repair on site knowing they didn't have the right equipment, Sean recommended a particular shop that could do the repair right and the made a phone call and got me an appointment that day! He does right by the customer and he is the most friendly and positive person to deal with. I have made a few followup calls on my situation and he has answered those call as well, with a great customer service attitude. Sean and his company are the right people to call for service on your truck. He really cares about the customer and fixing your issue!

I called them for roadside repairs, but they were backed up at the moment. After I told him I was mechanically inclined, Sean made numerous calls and sent his parts driver out to bring me parts without making a dime, just to get me up and running sooner rather than waiting for him. I will definitely use him in the future. His customer service is the best!Thanks for everything Sean!!!

We’ll what can we say. I was so impressed with everything Sean did. We were stranded in Becket MA and Sean travelled back and forth of about 80 miles a day. We made several call to mechanic. We had blown out our very big rear inside. We landed in a campground we weren’t taken with.Sean came out everyday for 4 days trying to make things right.. He worked into the night on some nights.He fixed our tire, and our brakes. He. was. a Gentleman at all times. Thru rain or very hot sun.So I would recommend him to everyone.
