I have arthritis. Stretching, massage and individual exercises is where they start. If you go twice a week and do the exercises at home you will have good results. They also have a pool. There is a general sense of caring from the folks who work there. I'm very pleased!!! Current customer
I recently finished physical therapy and I feel great back to 100%. I went in with a fractured heel. I was having such a hard time walking & pain all around it. My physical therapist was Brendan, what an awesome guy! Great personality and really passionate about his job. Brendan worked with me twice a week for about two months doing leg exercises and really getting the motion back when I would walk. I highly recommend Therafit and will be letting people know about them. THANK YOU Brendan & all the staff at that facility.Brendan ⭐️ haha inside joke! Thanks again buddy!
Outstanding Care! Wonderful Experience! Went to Therafit because doctor want to add plates to my spine. Went for 3 months and for the 1st time in 30 years, I'm pain free. Loved the water therapy, and gym services.
