My wife used this place and it was such a disappointment! These other reviews most be from another salon in town because it wasn't this Sophie girl!

Edited to answer response: I have no clue who you are talking about and don’t expect you to know who my wife or I am as she only went to you once and that will be the last time EVER. Such an unprofessional response, just like how my wife’s hair was done!!

Turned me away saying she couldn’t do my hair since it was going to become elastic-like and super damaged. Ended up with another hairstylist and my hair is completely ok as they did a test strand beforehand and only cut 2-3 inches. I respect the fact she didn’t want to damage my hair cuz I sure wouldn’t have been happy but I did not like the “customer service” and felt she could’ve gone more out of her way especially it’s the norm to do a test strand before turning someone away or giving them options like “hey I’ll turn you blonde but you might need to cut off some inches” or even asked if I wanted to do the process little by little.

So rude and unprofessional. I had been going to Sopheak for a few months now, have always been on time, never missed an appointment and also tipped. Today I made a mistake, I got confused and thought my appointment was at 1:30 but it was actually at noon. She texted me at noon and I was very apologetic and expressed how sorry I was, I am only human. Her response was “i don’t have time for your jokes” I couldn’t believe it. I completely understand why a no call no show is frustrating, it’s unacceptable but I have been nothing but a nice client to her and didn’t deserve her treatment.
