Donald came by to change my locks, and gave me a call to let me know he was running a little late (thank you for the heads-up). When he arrived he was professional and did his work efficiently. Donald gets extra points for being kind and patient with The Supervisor (our cat, who needs to oversee absolutely everything). Thank you Donald, and thank you, Post Office Locksmith. I’ll definitely call you the next time I need help with my locks, and I’ll be requesting Donald.

Solid/ Great Service! Technician was punctual, polite, & professional (All three P's). I had 'smart' deadlocks installed & technician ensured the new locks worked in harmony with iPhone app. Very Happy Customer :)

I had them re-core some doors 7 months ago. for 7 months the door upstairs in my storage area worked fine. Suddenly it stopped working in August. I called and they came out the next day. No charge. They Said "we did the work. So no big deal it's covered.". Then the guy came out and found out it was not their work. it was weather stripping my roommate put in a couple years ago. They did not charge me. The only word I can use to describe these guys is "integrity."
