I was looking to get a professional headshot done, and having never done a photo shoot like this before, Rich provided great instruction and was also open to my thoughts and ideas as we progressed into the shoot. He is a master of his craft and knows exactly where to cast light and shadows and use color to make your image pop. I also had a slight bump on my head at the time, and his touch-up work is spot on.
