My grandma has been coming here for the past few years and the service/care has deteriorated completely. It takes MULTIPLES DAYS for the doctor to send a prescription to the pharmacy (most if not all doctors send it right after the appointment). They have cancelled her appointments without even telling her. It’s by far the most disorganized and unprofessional practice I’ve ever witnessed.
The new office manager Chan, is horrible. I’ve gotten into arguments countless of times with her. This morning took the cake. So This morning I called to cancel my mother’s appointment for tomorrow, automatically she yells at me saying “it’s today!! Her apt is today! I already confirm! There’s nothing else for her!” After telling her that I booked it myself when I brought my mom in last week ... she was still yelling at me saying there’s nothing tomorrow and that it’s for today. So I asked her who’s my mom? She then told me she didn’t know. And asked me for my mom’s info. I told her it sounded like she knew because she was yelling at me about my mom’s apt being today WITHOUT even asking me for my mom’s identifiers. I got off the phone with her and called to ask my mom if it’s true that she has an apt today. She told me no, it’s tomorrow. I called back and she continued to yell at me. I told her I didn’t want to talk to her because she doesn’t know how to do her job and asked to speak to Irma. She hung up on me. So I called back and I spoke with Irma. Irma pulled up my mom’s record, and said I was right. She does not have an appointment for today, it’s for tomorrow. She told Chan that she had the wrong patient, I can still hear her yelling in the back. I told Irma that she automatically started yelling at me about the appointment when she didn’t even know who I’m calling for. There was another time when I called for the address of the specialist where my mom was referred to. She yelled at me and said nobody referred her anywhere. I said uhm ... she was, to a urologist. She told me I was confused and kept yelling at me to call somewhere else. So after going on google and looking up every urologist office around, I found it. I asked who referred my mom, She told me it was CBC medical. Thanks Irma for always helping me when I need something for my parents. Office manager needs training or a different position. There’s been other issues but like I said ... this one took the cake.
Glad to see that you guys have a bigger place, it was very cramped in the last place
