From start to finish, JM Exteriors is everything we were looking for in a professional roofing company. Juan inspected our roof and provided a competitive quote to rip and replace the shingles and rubber on our roof. Choosing one of the three roofing material manufacturers he offered and color were the only decisions we had to make. He and his team showed up and by the end of the day the project was completed, and our roof looks great!! They added ridge vents, enclosed a skylight, repaired areas, added new lead flashing around the chimneys, and left our property nice and clean. They are well organized and able to address issues properly. Juan is very thorough and he was the only roofing contractor who told us we had two layers of asphalt shingles. Overall, we are very happy that we went with JM Exteriors and highly recommend them for your roofing project.
JM exterior replaced the shingles on our front porch and resided our house with vinyl siding. They did an awesome job with both projects. We highly recommend them and will be using them for future projects. JM was professional, reasonably priced, and collaborative.
