“I read most of the reviews for this company and it seems like 99% of the people do not seem to understand that these technicians don’t work for whatever company manufactured their electronic machine. They seem to be mistaking the top-notch repair service provided by this company with the lack of quality control and shoddy workmanship of companies like Dell. I can’t speak for the professionalism and knowledge of every repair technician employed by this company but I can definitely sing the praises of technician Nicholas Genovese who replaced the keyboard of my less than three month old Alienware X17 R1 which would have cost me almost $5k if it were not for the massive discounts I get with that company. It took over an hour because apparently you have to completely disassemble the laptop to get to the keyboard from the bottom. My first Dell Computer had the ability to remove the keyboard from the top of the machine which actually makes a lot of design sense. This laptop has been nothing but trouble but Nick was a wizard and he even identified that there were script screws present in the computer. He showed it to me before he even touched the machine to show me exactly what was going on and also to show that it wasn’t him who caused the breakage. The laptop was reassembled and many of the existing issues were inexplicably gone meaning that Nick reassembled my laptop much better than the factory did when they first manufactured it. Sadly, there are so many issues with this laptop that Dell is now actually going to buy back this machine. Would I ever deal with Dell again when purchasing a personal computer? Absolutely not. If I had to call a repair technician even on my own dollar, what I deal with worldwide repair services and Mr. Genovese he again? Oh hell yes I would. I don’t have any confidence in Dell to make an electronic machine that works properly but I have full faith and confidence in the abilities of Nick to repair whatever defects are present in the device.“
