Emergency Department Bad customer service with the whole start of the process with registration, triage, and finally dirty blood on bathroom floors looked like someone used a hypodermic in there. Horrible bedside manner and uncountable practices of wrong medications and injections into wrong parts of the arm, I had a steroid to stop the anaphylaxis secondary to first admit of EPI after initial reaction. I was given this in my subcutaneous layer behind the arm instead of the muscle of the bicep or buttocks. The treatment received 0 stars with incongruity of patient care and their families. 11pm- 4am waiting from ER lobby to being seen... waited another two more hours until the doctor actually saw us at 6am.... as we are writing this, it is 9am and still waiting to know what is going on? and during this entire time, we only saw the doctor for less than 3minutes. The reason why we even came into ER was because my husband had hives all over this body and face was swollen due to allergic reaction or idk. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE-NEVER again.

And they don't even deserve 1 star. They kept my elderly father for 7 hours in ER and then Streeted him in such poor condition(he couldn't use his legs at all and blood pressure and oxygen extremely low.) We called the paramedics as soon as we got him home because he was so disoriented and ill that they had to bring him to the hospital. Thank God they brought him to Saints because if they hadn't he would have passed from sepsis. We will do anything to avoid LGH in thr future. ​
