Working with the guys at Federal has been a joy. John was responsive and direct around pricing (which is a rarity these days). Allen is a gem and spent ample time in the warehouse helping my wife and I pick out LVP and carpet for our first home. Once Allen got an understanding of needs he went to the back and pulled out the perfect flooring. A few weeks later and the install is complete. Both teams of installers works so hard and had incredible attention to detail! Not only is the product better but the install was night and day compared to what they replaced. Details matter on instal and they didn’t cut corner making it a finished and seemless look throughout

We have used Federal Carpet several times to replace carpet in our home. The service we received from selecting the carpet, to the gentlemen that setup the service for the installation was exceptional. The installers were there when they said they would be and did a fast efficient job. We could not be more pleased with the overall experience.

This business has been an amazing find for my family. All of the employees are kind, helpful, and an overall delight to work with. Great selection, good input, and quick installation. Federal helped me select runners for my stairs and carpeting for a living room and bedroom. All of it came out beautifully, and their installer is excellent. I would recommend this business without hesitation and look forward to using them again for any flooring needs.
