This was one of the best sales calls ever. Dennis is an excellent communicator and spent a lot of time studying the house and answering questions without the least bit of rush. I’ve read that choosing the right contractor is the single most important decision with Geo, and if so we are off to a great start.

The Sales Representative Dennis Foster with Earth Tech fully explained which system to go with, either Geo Thermal or a Mini-Split Hyper Heat Pump. Dennis Foster is a very true educated professional , and very honest, and knowledgeable in any HVAC question you may have in determining which system is right for your house.I highly recommend Dennis when it comes time for another upgrade in the near future with no sales pressure. Thanks Dennis, and look forward to being another satisfied home owner who finally got off oil.

We were surprised when two workers arrived on Wednesday. We had not understood how the notification of scheduling would arrive and missed it when it arrived on the Monday before that Wednesday.Lou and Kyle did a good job connecting our Ruud electric water heater to our geothermal "Furnace". The system seems to be working well now. I just recommend that the communications be more clear to the customer. I'm a low-tech guy in many ways!!Ryan arrived and he was helpful also.Service: Heating system repair
