This guy clearly gets kickbacks for his referrals. He refuses to write letters of referrals to anyone outside his referral network. He's a crock. If you care about your loved ones stay away. Will be happily reporting him for his Stark law violations.

I don't know how Dr Chang gets the bad review. Both my in-laws go there ,the staffs there are so friendly, provide service very quickly. Dr Chang is very knowledgeable, very easy communicate too.... so much more.

Worst doctor ever All he cares about is if you get a flu shot to a COVID shot Every time my wife goes there he doesn't treat her for what she's going through He can literally kill someone and not give a damn I do not recommend this doctor
