A hot summer day had wrecked the capacitor for my air conditioning system and I saw the reviews here so I thought I'd give this local small business a shot. It was a great decision! Matt was able to schedule an appointment within the next 3 days. Upon his arrival, he quickly got to work, was friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable! He finished the job in under an hour and offered some tips for maintenance. I'm very happy with the service I got and would highly recommend him if you're looking for local services for your HVAC woes!
I've been meaning to write this review for a while, it's overdue! Buss is an excellent company who genuinely cares about their customers, they are truly a find.Matt has been so helpful in addressing several heating and plumbing issues over the past few months, including a new furnace installation and repairing a shower diverter valve; both complicated and urgent jobs. He is incredibly responsive and returns calls quickly, and takes the time to explain the issues at hand so you understand what's going on. Matt Buss is very professional - he is prompt with his responses, he shows up when he says he will and most importantly, he does great work. I would recommend Matt to anyone that asked. He installed a new furnace for me and provided me excellent service and is always ready to answer any questions I may have. A+ service!
