“Antonio and Elvis really took care of me. I thought I walked into Antonio's barbershop yesterday and got a horrible haircut. So I called Antonio and explained the situation I offered to redo my hair and refund me. I then looked at my ATM receipt and saw it was the barbershop next-door J&J barbershop that did the bad haircut. So I called him back and explained to him that I was wrong about walking into his shop. He was still kind enough to offer to fix it for free. That's how you do business and gain new customers! This is now my barber shop and will bring all my business and refer my friends to Antonio's. Antonio and Elvis really took care of me.
