Antonio and Elvis really took care of me. I thought I walked into Antonio's barbershop yesterday and got a horrible haircut. So I called Antonio and explained the situation I offered to redo my hair and refund me. I then looked at my ATM receipt and saw it was the barbershop next-door J&J barbershop that did the bad haircut. So I called him back and explained to him that I was wrong about walking into his shop. He was still kind enough to offer to fix it for free. That's how you do business and gain new customers!
