I have had both good and bad experiences here. If it was easy to change doctors and My kids and I did not like Dr. Iannini so much, I would. The receptionist, Lauren and all the nurses are great! Note - there is a p/time receptionist that dresses a bit riskay for a med office...crop tops w/pj pants I typically do not have to wait long, which is fabulous for young kids. During the short wait last week, my daughter kept opening the door. While it was open, I overheard Dr. Travassos bullying the staff. Understaffed. It takes forever to contact them. I've tried for 3 weeks to make an appointment. The office visit will take less time than sitting on hold trying to make the appointment.

Went in for flu vaccine tonight and, WOW! Well oiled machine. Quick, safe, copy for school record on way out the door. Staff friendly and kept system in place. Good job Littleton office!
