I am still on a high after my Total Reset appointment. I’m not exaggerating when I say it was the best treatment of my life. As an acupuncturist myself I have high standards and she blew me away! The way she combines modalities of acupuncture, massage, craniosacral and reiki with such intentionality and thoughtfulness is inspiring and transporting. I resisted the urge to fall asleep because I didn’t want to miss anything and yet somehow I was surprised to find I was asleep when she spoke at the end of the session. Heather is a Goddess! I have been having random aches and pains for a few months now, so I decided to try out her Total Reset session and it was amazing - massage, acupuncture, reiki, craniosacral... she did it all! I can’t remember a time that I’ve ever felt so relaxed. In addition to being so pleasant, Heather is also really knowledgeable. She talked me through all of the things I was experiencing, and was able to piece together that my seemingly random ailments were actually connected to stagnant liver Qi.
