I've been coming here for almost a year now, and there's been a tremendous difference in my health. I feel so much stronger and fit, and it is all thanks to John and his team. All the trainers are incredibly kind and down to earth, and will create workouts tailored to your needs. It's a wonderful community and I never thought I'd end up looking forward to working out the way I do here!
I had the pleasure of meeting John, the owner, during Lexington’s Discovery Day this past fall. My husband and I have been taking vigorous walks most days throughout the pandemic, but I had been thinking about adding a more specialized workout to that routine. I spent some time on the BodyScapes website, and it looked like it might be just the place for me. After talking with John, I was fully convinced and signed up the next day. I’ve been attending twice a week for an hour at a time for about two months now, and I have not been disappointed. The exercise space is well-designed, and the trainers are friendly, knowledgeable, and fun. I look forward to my workouts!
