So much money being spent on healthcare and my wife receives the worst primary care possible. A doctor is there to listen. To build trust and figure out what is wrong with the patient. A doctor does not talk about themselves during the entire appointment. This is what happened. My wife has had some health issues and they are concerning enough that we needed the first appointment available. At the end of this appointment she was not asked anything about what she felt was wrong. Wife felt like she was rushed and most of the after notes make no sense. It is the worst primary care center I have used. The environment is good, but no one ever picked up the phone call, whenever it is. I tried to call them 10 times through the whole day and no answer at all. I can make an appointment through my Lahey Chart portal, but if I want to cancel it, I can’t do it directly on the portal, have to call the center and then no one will answer the call….

Refuse to refill two days worth of medication for trigeminal neuralgia because my primary can only see me next Monday or in February. My other choice is Friday which I CAN DO. But not before my medication runs out. It’s October currently. What a JOKE. I made the appointment for February months ago. Am I supposed to PLAN MY EMERGENCIES???? I will go without it until next Friday then.
