Andrew is very friendly and is well versed in his field. He is intuitive to your needs and why your limitations are. The facility is clean and comfortable. His timing of clients well organized. I did 4 sessions and want to work on the base he started and plan to go back for more. I highly recommend.
Andrew is a great trainer in general and more specifically knew exactly what exercises would relieve my back pain when I was experiencing pain from a recent injury. So grateful for his insights, enthusiasm, and motivation.
Like many of you reading these reviews I was searching for a way to begin getting active after years of sedentary life. I was concerned about doing group classes for lack of attention to my weaknesses and the potential for injury.
