6 days of no hot water... felt like an eternity! Our normal oil company we’ve had for 7 years did not help us out at all and in fact (even after we mentioned that my 83 year old mother lived with us) they said they couldn’t install a new system until NOVEMBER 18 (and only if we paid them a deposit ASAP). To say I was disgusted with this level of service is an understatement. Thank God for Genaro Paen and my co-worker Lori. They both recommended Spadafore Oil and got us in touch with them. Within 24 HOURS of our first contact with Spadafore they were at our home and installing our new furnace. I cannot be happier with their company and their level of service. Thank you Spadafore - you have a new customer that won’t hesitate to use you for all of our heating/oil/AC needs and will highly recommend you to anyone we know. We have been customers of Spadafore for many years. They are always quick to take care of our needs even if it is a holiday. The service technicians are professional and know what they are doing.
