I've been going to Carolyn's classes for six months now and I am so glad I started! Carolyn is an excellent yoga instructor, makes you feel very welcome and provides a great place for class.
I fell in love with hot yoga the first class. This studio is comfortable and inviting. It felt like I could modify, take a drink, or rest when I needed to without being judged. Highly recommend going to a trial class if you have a spark of interest, you will thank yourself for the time and experience. Namaste
