Awful experience. Last year they sent my parents someone else’s return by mistake. This year they made an error on my taxes that missed an additional $1300 return. Luckily they found their error as I would have never known about it. I signed my amended return, and assumed it would be processed immediately. Turns out, their office processed my amendment “much later”. It is now October 24th and I have yet to see my additional return because they sat on the paperwork! I signed the amendment at the end of March.
