I've brought my gaming pc and my sons gaming pc here several times for problems that are too big or complicated for me to tackle. Whether it's diagnosing and cleaning a virus to installing a bigger power supply or even cloning a NVME boot drive to a much larger one. They can handle it.
They are always nice on the phone and in person. And recommend them to family and friends.

Few weeks ago, CDU rebuilt my aging laptop with a new solid state hard drive and other stuff. For the first time, it runs fast and loads quickly. But for some reason it wouldn't load my wireless home network. A tech spent ~ 45 min on the phone with me, replaced drivers and generally got it properly functional. Good work and no additional charge!

Computer repair was good. Problem with computer was resolved, no issue. The only issue is a need for better customer service. It's a hurry to get you to pay, but a challenge to get them to explain what the problem was with the computer and how to prevent similar issue in the future. Also, not committed to their business hours as scheduled. I showed up to get the item a half hour before closing. I even called to inform I was in route. Upon arrival, they were closed within a half hour still to go before closing.
