Today I had my first prenatal massage with Catherine and it was absolutely amazing! She exceeded my expectations. As a mother of 3, soon be 4, I spend so much time working, chasing children and really never get to relax, but today was the first time in a long time I'm able to say I was truly relaxed. Catherine was friendly, professional and knowledable. She made sure to walk me through the massage, what she would be doing so I would know what to expect. During the massage she did ensure I was comfortable and that the pressure being applied was comfortable for me. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend compassion massage. After your first appointment I can guarantee you will be going back!
