Dropped in while on vacation with my family, can't say enough good things about this place, the people training and the owners/instructors. Great school, very clean with a welcoming atmosphere as well as high caliber training. Thanks for hospitality I will be back next time I'm in town!

As a neurodivergent gal I highly recommend Zenquest. They provide calm and focused training for all skill levels, dispositions and personality types with strong emphasis on training well, mutual respect, and having fun.

i absolutely love love LOVE zenquest :) i’ve been doing Brazilian jiu-jistu since i was 12 (and i’m 17 now!) and have loved it ever since! It is the safest/most friendliest environment to learn self defense, exercise, and meet new people.I really appreciate the professor’s (Mark and Connie) who help you gain confidence+skills simultaneously? in particular, if you are a woman or young girl who is sort of hesitant about joining a martial arts gym, THIS IS YOUR SIGN to join the zenquest team, because i have seriously never experienced a safer environment as this one. Both my dad, my brother, and I all go to zenquest frequently and cant recommend them enough
