Recommended. Sonya is knowledgeable, clearly experienced, and checked in often to ensure my comfort and that her process was working for me. She takes time up front to identify issues. She recommended a change in approach from the outset, which was grt and turned out to be v helpful.

Great relaxing experience! Sonya puts you at ease right away and targets your specific issues. She also gives exercises you can do at home and shows you how to do them in the session!

Found Sonya through Yelp and couldn't have been happier. My wife and I were lucky to find back to back massages with Sonia and she was fantastic -- she was very attentive, skilled and very easy to talk to! I'm not usually one to talk during massages but Sonya was very funny and charismatic. She also seemed very comfortable with deep pressure which I prefer. She took a number of covid precautions which made me feel at ease. Thank you!
