We hired Pinecrest Builders after suffering a complete loss of our home due to an electrical fire in August of 2022. Right from the start, Andy & Cory took the time to explain the process from beginning to end. There were no surprises! Their team was professional and reliable. We had a garage fire that spread into our house and caused server soot damage, resulting in the house needing to be stripped down to the studs and subfloor. We were in a state of shock. My insurance company engaged SERVpro and they came out with Cory from Pinecrest Builders. Cory from Pinecrest explained how the whole process would work if we chose to use them for the reconstruction. They would work as a team with SERVpro (would handle the mitigation and cleanup) and Cory's team would handle the reconstruction.
