We had such a great experience with BBS. Rosa and Ciro were always in communication with us and helped with all of our insurance claim issues. Originally, our insurance company was not going to cover much for water damaged we had throughout the house. We had BBS directly contact our insurance agent, and they were able to help us get approval for all damages to be fully covered - a new roof and completely new hardwood floors in 3 bedrooms that had water damage from roof leaks. I thought that would be it, but they even painted all of the bedrooms after! Their workers are detailed oriented, polite and I had no concerns at all. We really appreciated how honest BBS was with us. Timelines and expectations were exceeded! I would highly recommend anyone use them.
Helpful people. We had them install a 28’ round last summer. They’ve been very supportive anytime we’ve called asking for advice. It’s been a dream having our pool this summer. I’d recommend them if you’re considering getting one.
We hired Pinecrest Builders after suffering a complete loss of our home due to an electrical fire in August of 2022. Pinecrest Designers - Anne & Laura are incredibly talented with designs, colors, patterns, etc. They thought of everything right down to the smallest of details. Our kitchen is gorgeous! They tied everything together from the cabinets, to the hardware, to the backsplash, to the countertop. Not to mention our huge kitchen island where everyone hangs out. They put a lot of thought into the design and they were easy to work with. They really thought of everything, in every single room. I would highly recommend Pinecrest Builders and Pinecrest Design for any project, big or small!!!

I strayed 1st time in years because someone had given me a certificate to my years ago stylist, NEVER EVER AGAIN. I literally couldn't sleep for days, the cut and color wouldn't even allow me in public unless absolutely necessary, Marie fixed it to a T. We stopped into this florist the day before Mother's day. We were visiting my mom for the first time since her stroke and wanted to bring her flowers. My husband went in and was told the bouquets are typically made to order. He explained that we didn't think to order ahead, seeing we weren't sure my mom would be well enough for a visit. It was a last-minute gathering. This woman put together the most beautiful bouquet right then and there. My mom absolutely loved them! And I truly appreciated her kindness in taking the time to put this together for us at the last minute.
Ron has been improving my yard since 2020. A brick fire pit a stone patio restoring my wood deck. Made a suggestion that we use the wooden railing being removed to enhance our gardens which he put in. Ron created a privacy barrier with aborvities when we didn't want a traditional fence. Each year we do an enhancement or addition and Ron always finds the time to fit us in quickly. Great work and great value. I highly recommend contacting Ron. He spent many a Sunday at our house hearing what we hoped to accomplish and made suggestions most of which we included and what a difference it made. We even had Ron put a mini orchard in our backyard apples peaches cherries pears and blueberries all in less than a 1/6 acre. It is AMAZING

Highly recommend American Sewerage. They came out for a routine 1500gal. septic tank cleaning and ended up having to dig to find the location of the tank since it was not marked. They answered all our questions and did a fantastic, professional job. Ron was a pleasure to work with. Thank you!

Breezy garden has been in Leicester Ma since we moved out here. They have grown from a small farm stand off Route 9 to a big farm stand built right on Route 9. The two sisters run the place & it’s just a great place to get plants & flowers & pumpkins in the fall. Love it !!!
