She is extremely knowledgeable about what services are appropriate individually as well as about the products she uses and recommends. Survived COVID and has a long list of loyal customers ( I spoke with one who has been going for 37 years)Natasha took my call the day before (was very pleasant) and fit me in the next day. She then added color to my hair and did a bit of texturizing. I will now drive to Pittsfield to have my hair done!“

“I love Polished! Amanda is a young, talented woman, and the best nail tech I've ever had. She takes her time and is very precise. Coming from NYC, it was hard to find a good nail salon and tech in the Berkshires. I've moved up to VT recently, but I drive down just to get my nails done with Amanda. Please go to Polished! It is more expensive than most salons (52.00 for gel manicure) but 150% worth it and the longest I've gone was 5 weeks, they still looked spectacular without chipping. You'd be doing yourself a favor by going here. Grateful for you all!“

“I had an extremely relaxing facial with Dana. The spa uses Dr. Hauschka products - clean products that smell great. I also added on an eyebrow wax that was very gentle and nicely done. The spa is in a converted home and it's very cozy and warm. Note there is a large dog roaming about. My only suggestion is to offer a sun screen product for after the facials. After cleaning and treating the skin it's not good to go out directly in the sun, I understand Dr. Hauschka doesn't have a sunscreen, but there a million other spa grade products. Overall I recommend Body and Soul.“

“I just stayed over night, but it was an incredible experience. You drive up to the booth and give your name then drive to the hotel entrance where they greet you by name and bring in all your luggage right to your room. The food was wonderful and just the whole vibe is to relax. I would definitely love to come back. The staff are very friendly and attentive

Rooms: The rooms were very well appointed and very comfortable.

Walkability: Everything is really close so you can walk everywhere. It was getting getting all my steps in with all the beauty around.

Food & drinks: The food was great. Lots of different choices and plenty of it. The salad bar was really fresh

“I stayed at the red lion for my birthday and booked 80 minutes hot stones massage with Kim . She did an excellent job and was very helpful giving me tips on what I can do at home to help relieve sinus pressure. Love the friendly, easy going vibes she gave when I met her . I would highly recommend Kim for massages if you're in the area .“
