I am so glad I found this place. Peter and Suli are extremely skilled and knowledgeable practitioners. My mother and I came for reflexology and I can easily say that the quality and care at R&R spa surpasses nearly all of my experiences with reflexology/body work in the US. Make sure to reserve in advance-they can get quite busy (for good reason)! Cannot wait to come back up to the Berkshires so I can book another session.

They were very friendly and they helped me walk in. I really needed a massage and it was excellent. Constructive criticism: They should have relaxing and anti-noise music so that no external noise can be heard. But I will surely return when I am in the area.

Booked an appointment here as part of a treatment plan for moderate DDD and OA in my spine. My back muscles spasm constantly due to spinal weakness and the pain can be unbearable. I had no idea if this would help but my muscle pain has been reduced to about 25% of what it was before I came in. When it goes back up I will definitely be back. The massage was so relaxing and I could feel all the sore spots being worked out, a perfect combination of light and deep pressure, that didn’t make it painful which is what I was anticipating due to how bad my back is….but nope…pain free.
