This is the second time I have run out of propane, while having auto delivery setup for my account. I have been without heat or hot water in my house now for 2 days. You guys don't answer your phones. When I do get a hold of you all you say is that my fuel is coming. Well when is it going to get here? Its been 2 days!

Same as what a lot of other people are saying here, unhelpful service, recurring charges for a tank they don't own. We switched to Lipton a year ago, way better service

We had 0 heat this winter. like none at all. our furnace was broken all we had was hot water and had to use space heaters. our Osterman bill comes in and it’s THE SAME price as the year before when we DID have heat. we called and spoke to multiple people regarding this discrepancy who kept promising a call back but never got a call back. waiting patiently to be able to switch to a different, more professional provider.
