I am retired and on a fixed income. The first estimate I received for a new roof was over 12k. The bid I received from Bartini roofing was almost 1/2 of that! When the job was completed, the actual invoice was $150 more then the estimate. This was due to a small area where there was some rotting occurring under the existing shingles. They also did the job during a serious heat wave. They started working at 6 AM and left for the day at 11 AM. I was not concerned. It did take 4 days to complete, but with the heat (high 90's) all week, I was happy the job got done in a timely manner. With no mess left behind.
