Rosario Construction Services recently finished our basement and we couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. They did an outstanding job turning the space into a beautiful, functional living area for our family by adding 2 bedrooms, living room, bathroom and kitchenette.
One aspect of the project that really stood out was their ability to install egress windows. This was something I had never considered before, but Jose and his team handled the entire process, from cutting through the foundation to ensuring everything was up to code. Watching them work with such precision and care gave me a lot of confidence in their skills.
Everything you should expect in a Home Improvement/General Contractor, and I'm one myself. Hired them to do a project I had to start myself after trying to hire a friend, who was also a so called contractor, to do that project for me. I implored him to take the project as a business and not a project as a casual favor for a friend, but unfortunately that didn't happen and I proceeded by myself as much as I could and when I couldn't do it all we hired Rosario Construction. Professional, knowledgeable, and punctual, they did a beautiful job and worked perfectly along the way to achieve my desired results.
