Tim was very knowledgeable, professional & patient answering all my questions over the phone. I was shopping around & comparatively his fees were very reasonable! I had a 'false alarm' (didn't know this was possible until he gave me that nugget of wisdom) so I did not use his services this time around. However, if that ever changes this will be the business I call.
