Amazing team! Worked with the father and son team help us get our keys out of our locked car at 7:30 pm. They wouldn’t take our money for their valiant efforts but we insisted. This is a humble and amazing team. Although this interaction was not about flooring it shows their true character in helping the community. We appreciate and could not recommend them more!

Came as client of Albany Carpet, part of Albrite. They fixed three rugs, two are very old. Good job and faster than they said it would be. Cleaning was less than expected, repair was more, but that's probably my ignorance. They are very clear regarding how much things cost, once they assess the carpets.

I had a great experience at all bright carpet and would highly recommend them I brought in an oriental rug with a dog stain on it and it was much much improved is difficult to get it all the way out because of the acid in dog urine but it was much much much better and I thought it was well worth it we also had a deodorized which definitely did the trIck in addition to that I had some carpet pieces drawn from the remnants and they were totally priced ride and they did a fantastic job cutting the pieces and I couldn't be happier so I would highly recommend these guys to anybody who has a carpet need
