“We just recently had our LARGE roof replaced with LeBlanc roofing and the whole process was great! We got a few quotes from other companies prior and some were pushy and others did not even go up into our attic to inspect our old roof… Jermane, one of the representatives came to our home, inspected every inch of the roof and attic while taking pictures of problem areas and put together a non pressure quote for us in home right then and there! Upon completion, the team followed up with us prior to leaving and the next day Brian himself called to check on how it all went.

“Our family had received estimates from 5 other contractors before we were recommended Grand Premium Siding from a neighbor. Gerfferson was extremely responsive, came that very weekend to give us an estimate and was very attentive to our questions and our concerns. He followed through with a written estimate as he promised and stayed in touch with us throughout the whole process of purchasing and delivering the supplies and materials and scheduling his crew for 3-4 days of siding work. His team came around 7 am each day and were very efficient and neat with their work - we were very impressed! “Tip Top Roofing was great from start to finish on my job. My sales rep Ken arrived on time for our appointment (other companies were late or no shows). Provided a fair quote and walked me through the different options they offer, he didn’t try to force me to the best option they offer, but I decided to go for it for the extended warranty and minimal price increase. As I have an upcoming solar install, I also needed them to commit to installing the room before the end of August which they promised and did!

The roof itself only took a day, with their hardworking crew, and the clean up was fantastic, I haven’t found any nails or anything in the couple of weeks since they finished. I had one very minor issue with how the J-channel on my trim was reinstalled which they sent a crew over to take care of within a couple of days.

Overall, after trying to find a roofer for a few weeks I was comfortable with, I’m happy I waited to find TipTop and that I went with them.“

“We selected Solid State from 5 companies, and we are very happy with the result (James Hardie siding). Sales person (Adam) was great, he explained what exactly should be done in our case, and his explanations were the most reasonable. Unlike others he did not inflate the price so that he would be able to lower it later, and his price was very reasonable. He explained that we will not pay in advance for unexpected problems like rotten wood because he does not expect substantial problems and he does not want to charge us many thousands in advance for something we most likely will not need (and he appeared right, these extra charges were reasonable and minimal). The guys that did the job were great. They paid attention to everything, they knew what they were doing, and the quality was excellent. They implemented all our reasonable requests and very politely explained why a few requests were not reasonable (they were right!). The workplace was clean at the end of each day. The result was even better than we expected.
