“Got here 5 minutes after close. I caught him just as he was leaving, needed a part for my heater, he didn't have the particular one, But got out of his truck and back into the store to help me, did his best to help me find it elsewhere, nice place, good guy.“

He showed me how some things work on my furnace and cleared off my sump pump hose caused he noticed it wasn't draining. He didn't have to do any of those things.
