He replaced an exterior light fixture near outdoor shower and it’s operating switch. Sergio/ OCE was very professional, superb attention to detail, honest, fair, excellent communicator and customer-focused.

“Lamon made a late call to fix our lights and fans when one of our circuits was shorted. He spent a couple hours searching through wires in the ceiling to find the issue even though it was well past normal work hours. He was polite and professional the whole time and when it was all said and done the bill was more than fair. Will definitely be going to him first for my electrical work from now on. “Our town (Waltham) had a huge power surge from Eversource yesterday, which knocked out the electricity in thousands of homes, started a few house fires, and ruined a lot of electronic devices. We had half our townhouse down and sparks shooting out of the breaker panel. Joe Cusano had been working at our neighbor's place and we asked him to look at our panel. Not only did he come right over to do that, he ended up staying until after 9 PM, replacing breakers, outlets, and installing a surge protector. Today he is coming back to replace a couple heaters that got fried. The fact we were able to get everything fixed the same day was remarkable. Joe is a great guy and I can't say enough about his work and his professionalism. He really bailed us out at a tough time and stayed late until the job was done. He's definitely our new electrician whenever we need any electrical services.“

“I had a tree limb fall on my service to my house and I got their number from my local power company, they were the first ones to answer my call and were able to get here in about an hour or two and they stayed through the storm working on my house with limbs cracking all around but they got it done and got the power company back in record time so I had power and heat through the rest of the night….. “Needed a Tesla charging unit installed. Got name of these guys from Tesla site. Responded to my online inquiry within 12 hours and were able to set up the install within 3-4 days. Guy who came was right on time, friendly and laid out various location options with pricing on each. Did the install in 2-3 hours (less time than he predicted) and completely cleaned up any plaster/various bits.
