Craftsmanship is horrible, excuses for every delay, and I'm too tired of this mess to go on with the list. We hired Eric in May 2020 to make three items. Craftsmanship is horrible, excuses for every delay, and I'm too tired of this mess to go on with the list. We hired Eric in May 2020 to make three items. After his first visit, he said he had all the measurements he needed, and that he could have everything completed and installed within 6 weeks..... well, he had to come by 3 separate times because he lost measurements, wanted to install one thing when others weren't even started, etc etc etc. He finally came for the installation in mid October after I had been asking for updates every other week since May. Item one: a simple desk (4 ft long, two drawers) - it is not the wood we agreed on (it's not even a single slab of wood, it is birch plywood), the desk is not flush with either of the two walls it sits between, the drawer is crooked and doesn't even close properly, the desk is 'supported' by a piece of plywood that split because he couldn't be bothered to pre drill, etc etc etc. Item two: cabinet to fit a drink fridge - this is a disaster and I don't even know where to begin. Item three: bench for outside - this is also a massive disaster. I asked for a bench which would be weather resistant, and the paint job is SO sloppy it looks like a 2 year old did it. DO NOT HIRE HIM - it is now mid November and he still hasn't finished the job, PLUS the work he did do is to a HORRIBLE standard.
